Craps uses two dice. On the come-out, 7 or 11 wins on Pass Line; 2, 3 or 12 loses (craps). Any other total becomes the point. You then need to hit that point again before a 7 to win Pass Line.

The vocabulary is intimidating, but Pass Line / Don't Pass flow is enough to start. 18+; begin at low stakes or tutorial mode.

Pass Line backs the shooter with a low edge. Don't Pass fades the shooter, often pushing on 12 on the come-out depending on rules. These two bets are among the more reasonable mathematically on the layout.

Avoid stacking proposition bets (hardways, any 7) until the basic flow is automatic.

After a point is set, you can often add odds paid at true odds, with no house edge on that portion. That is one of craps' best add-ons if the table allows it and your bankroll can handle it.

Check the odds multiple (2x, 3x–4x–5x, etc.).

RNG interfaces simplify betting with buttons. Live recreates the table and social pace. Edges still depend on which bets you choose, not the format. Learn on RNG, move to live later if you miss the atmosphere.

Watch digital side bets with high edges.

Bet Pass Line, add odds if comfortable, ignore the rest. Set a budget and a stop. Craps is loud and exciting discipline matters even more. Play responsibly.
